I will be 40 as of Feb. 19, 2003. Most likely I'll still be a single man by then. I'm Korean American, living in San Fernando Valley (about 30 miles North of Los Angeles), Christian, and working for Haas Automation (one of the largest machine tool builders in America) as a mechanical design engineer.
The beauty of being an engineer is that you have privilege to make changes on things and to create new stuff from scratch. Yet sometimes I wish I could be working in some other fields, which have lots of interaction with people, especially with women:). Since most of time I'm working with computer, machines, and guys on the floor, I miss women. However, the greatest advantage working with machines and computer is they don't talk back as women do. They only work as I designed (lol).
I was born and raised in Pohang and Seoul and I moved to the States when I was fifteen. I went to notorious (?) Los Angeles High and Belmont High. I graduated from Cal Poly Pomona Univ. in 1989. Come to think of it, it took me six and a half years to get out of college. There were a lot of stories and episodes behind it, I will share that when I have chance thru this website.
These days I'm really into my webpage. It took me a lot of time and efforts to get this far. I'm dragged out. You might want to say, "this looks simple and hey, where is the beef?" But, believe me. I have slept on this. When I see my webpage, it just makes me happy. Self- satisfaction.....There still are many things can be done and rooms for improvement. I'll try to update the files periodically whenever I find leeway on my time. As you know, English is my second language so please take it easy on my English. The same applies to my Korean, too. The bottom line is neither of them works for me perfectly:-(.
There's no specific intention for this website. I just wanted to share things, i.e. music, pictures, and thoughts with my family, friends, and people who visiting here for whatever reasons. I don't want this to be just wasted time or good-for-nothing effort. Please visit here as often as possible and feel free to leave your thoughts, daily life stories, opinions of current issues, complains, greetings, or anything. That is what my webpage for. Thank you.
